Treatments

Traditional Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient healing practice that stimulates specific points on the body to restore balance, relieve pain, and promote overall well-being

Sports Acupuncture/Dry Needling

Sports acupuncture, or dry needling, targets muscles and trigger points to relieve pain, reduce tension, and speed recovery from sports injuries or physical strain.

Electro-acupuncture & Neuro-acpuncture

Neuro-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture use fine needles with gentle electrical stimulation, delivered through an FDA-cleared Pantheon device, to activate nerve pathways, reduce pain, and enhance the body’s natural healing and neurological function.

Cupping and Guasha

Gua sha is a therapeutic technique that involves applying smooth-edged tools to the skin to increase microcirculation, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the body’s natural healing response in muscles and connective tissue.Cupping therapy applies controlled negative pressure to the skin to enhance local blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and stimulate muscle and connective tissue recovery.

Herbs, Supplements,Diet & Lifestyle Counseling

Chinese herbal medicine complements acupuncture with customized formulas of natural herbs, minerals, and nutrients—along with diet and supplement guidance—to restore balance, support healing, and strengthen overall vitality.

Facial Acupuncture

A treatment that combines facial acupuncture points and other modalities to increase circulation and increase elastin and collagen production to leave the face more lifted and toned. This also combines traditional acupuncture points for optimal results.

Microneedling/Nanoneedling

Microneedling uses a specialized FDA approved device with fine, sterile needles in a motorized pen that creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates collagen and elastin production, enhancing skin texture, firmness, and overall rejuvenation.

Nanoneedling uses a device with microscopic silicone tips to gently exfoliate the skin and enhance serum absorption. Unlike microneedling, it doesn’t puncture the skin but instead stimulates cell turnover and boosts collagen production for smoother, more radiant skin with no downtime.

Integrative Bodywork

Integrative bodywork combines deep tissue, sports massage, and myofascial release with acupuncture and dry needling to relieve tension, restore balance, and enhance performance
